  • Feeling keyed up
  • Feeling jittery inside
  • Arms, legs, etc in constant motion
  • A sense of impending doom
  • Feeling like something bad is going to happen
  • Constant worry
  • Anxiety or panic attacks

Common warning signs: 

Inability to concentrate, feeling like you can’t sit still or are going to crawl out of your skin, sense of dread, feeling insecure, consistently convinced something negative is going to happen, fear, inability to be alone, mind racing, and inability to relax, etc.
